Counselling with me

I offer a warm, safe space to anyone who feels they need room to explore where they are in life and to work alongside you while you process any historical or current challenges or issues you may be experiencing.

I provide a non-judgemental environment, where support will be offered to you as we explore together anything which may feel too overwhelming to face on your own. As a person-centred counsellor I am fully committed to the belief we are all the experts in our own world, however, that doesn’t mean we have to navigate those worlds alone, and hopefully, I can ease that feeling for you, supporting you on your journey.

I work with anyone aged 18+, offering both face-to-face work and online or telephone remote sessions if this is more accessible for you.
