Developing Growth Through Understanding
I offer a warm, safe space to anyone who feels they need room to explore where they are in life and to work alongside you while you process any historical or current challenges or issues you may be experiencing.
I provide a non-judgemental environment, where support will be offered to you as we explore together anything which may feel too overwhelming to face on your own. As a person-centred counsellor I am fully committed to the belief we are all the experts in our own world, however, that doesn’t mean we have to navigate those worlds alone, and hopefully, I can ease that feeling for you, supporting you on your journey.
I work with anyone aged 18+, offering both face-to-face work and online or telephone remote sessions if this is more accessible for you.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how counselling works, or to arrange an initial assessment appointment. This enables us to discuss the reasons you are thinking of coming to counselling, whether it could be helpful for you and whether I am the right therapist to help. You can also call me on 07765221758 if you would prefer to leave a message or speak to me first.
I am able to offer face to face work from my private counselling rooms in both Northwich and Chester, and see clients from surrounding areas also. Specific location details will be provided when we arrange our counselling sessions. Online and telephone work is also offered,
